Calm waters
be mine mind today
As be tranquil seas before me
In nature so reflecteth us be
The ocean laid out before me
paralleleth that I be
she nageth
she calmeth
to all emotions she be
Placid and smooth be she
As gazeth I out ’tis all I see
thine calming and tranquil sea
In thee doth I see me
together forever in harmony be we
Mine mother
mine confessor
mine confidant
mine healer
all be thee
from thee I so be
what can I giveth back to thee?
presserveth thee I must
for together we have trust
so pen to paper I write
helpeth others to see the light
mine duty be to heal nature’s wounds
and in so preventeth our tombs
together we circle in dance
