Tell Me
Speak on to me today
How I love to be in thy presence
Tell me of your fold
In awe am I of what there be
With you
with me
with all be I
tranquil be mine mind
for it resteth now where born it was
surround me with thine waters
encompass me around
The pleasures that doth nature bring
like magic springeth from the soil
trees and plants and hills and valleys
lakes and streams
just leave it be
and it shall grow
just watch on need we do
but cuteth do we
polluteth thine waters
thus destroyeth ourselves do we
for thine waters be our blood
thine land our body
thine life our essence
why cannot we just let us be?
only then can we evolve
This is thine word I hear today
and every day that I listen
thine salvation is with us
and ours with thee
