Thoughts—how can I so defineth

      if be thee definable?

 

How can I so dissecteth

      if be thee dissectable?

 

Have no need thee of definition

Have no need thee of dissection

Have need only I

      but be you ever elusive

 

So striveth mankind

Evolving so calls it he

 

As so he evolveth

      the more he defineth

      the more he dissecteth

 

Thus so he gaineth a library of facts

Facts that defineth, facts that dissecteth

            but facts that never knoweth
